For God so loved the World!
OneDay2 BeLove 9.28.24
One Day 2 Be Love is a dedicated global initiative where individuals and communities come together on September 28 to embody the love of Christ through acts of kindness, service, and compassion.
On this day, people from all walks of life unite to make a tangible difference in their communities by reaching out to the underserved, spreading hope, and sharing the message of Jesus. Whether it's feeding the hungry, mentoring the youth, or simply offering a listening ear, One Day 2 Be Love is about being the hands and feet of Jesus, demonstrating His love in practical ways that impact lives and glorify God. This day serves as a powerful reminder that even in just one day, we can make a significant difference by choosing to love others as Christ loves us.

Possible Schedule for the day
Morning:
Start with Breakfast: Gather everyone for a hearty breakfast to kick off the day. Use this time to connect, pray, and set the tone for the day ahead. This is a great opportunity to share your intentions and remind everyone of the impact they’ll be making.
Morning Serve:
Serve Until Lunch: After breakfast, break into groups and head out to serve the community. This could be anything from helping at a local shelter, cleaning up a neighborhood, visiting nursing homes, or any other act of kindness that meets a local need. Serve with joy and be ready to share the love of Christ in all you do.
Lunch:
Eat Lunch Together: Come back together for a shared lunch. This is a time to rest, refuel, and share stories from the morning. Encourage everyone to talk about their experiences and the people they’ve met. It’s a great way to see the immediate impact of your collective efforts.
Afternoon Serve:
Serve Again in the Afternoon: After lunch, head back out for another round of service. Whether you continue with your morning projects or start new ones, keep the energy high and the focus on loving others well. Remember, every small act of kindness is a reflection of Jesus.
Evening:
Night of Sharing, Teaching, Praying, and Worshipping: Return in the evening for a time of sharing and reflection. Spend time teaching on the importance of love and service, share testimonies from the day, pray together for those you served, and end the night with a powerful time of worship. Let this be a moment to refocus on God, give thanks for the day, and praise Him for the work He has done through each of you.
This schedule not only allows for a full day of impactful service but also creates space for fellowship, reflection, and spiritual growth. Together, we’ll make this a day to remember—a day where love takes action and lives are changed.
